Sign up now to be a consignor in the Heather & Hannah’s Fall & Winter Children’s Closet Sale to be held August 31 – September 4, 2010 in Cleveland, TN at the same location as their spring 2010 sale – 828 Old Georgetown Road (former Mt Zion Discount Bldg). From NW Paul Huff Pkwy (beside Walgreens) turn right onto Georgetown Rd. After passing Hopewell Elementary School, the building will be about 1 mile on the right. This is a great location with wide open spaces with lots of shelving, table space, great lighting, excellent parking, and is a high-traffic area.

Call Linda Waddell by Aug. 25 at 423.479.5265 to sign up to be a consignor and/or volunteer and tell her you saw this on FunandFrugal.com. Earn 70% of the purchase price less a $3.00 (reduced from $5.00 last time) administrative fee. Consignors and volunteers get to shop early!

Consignor drop off dates:

• Thurs Aug. 26 2 p.m.-7 p.m.
• Fri Aug 27 12 p.m.-5 p.m.
• Sat Aug 28 11 a.m.-4 p.m.

The public sale dates are as follows:

• Tues Aug 31 10 a.m. -6 p.m.
• Wed Sep 1 10 a.m. -6 p.m.
• Thurs Sep 2 10 a.m. -6 p.m.
• Fri Sep 3 10 a.m. -6 p.m.
• Sat. Sep 4 9 a.m. – 3p.m. (most items 30% off on Sat. only)

Items consigned include: children’s clothing sizes 0 – Junior, maternity clothing, baby & toddler equipment, furniture, bedding, wall decor, toys (including large & outside riding toys), shoes, videos, games, books, etc.  For information on being a consignor and/or volunteering and how to tag your items for the sale please call Linda Waddell at 423.479.5265.

Volunteers who work at the sale get to shop early on Mon. Aug. 30 at 4 pm and get to shop the 30% off sale a day early on Fri. Sep 3 from 5-6 pm. Consignors get to shop early on Mon. Aug. 30 from 6-9 pm. (No children under 8 admitted into the volunteer or consignor sale. Thank you for understanding.) Friends/family of consignors/volunteers may shop early on Mon. Aug. 30 from 7:30pm -9 pm. Bring a large tote or laundry basket for handy shopping.  Consignors must pick up unsold items Tues. Sep. 7 from 4-7 pm. Items not picked up will be donated to charity.
