- Reminder: Friday, July 9 is Cow Appreciation Day and Chick-fil-A restaurants across the country are giving away free food to patrons dressed as cows. The Cleveland Chick-fil-A has the following guidelines: Come dressed in full cow attire, get one free meal. Come in a partial costume (hat or scarf etc), get one free entree.
