Thanks, Jackie, for this hot tip! Carmike Cinemas is running a Summer Kid’s Series every Tuesday at 10 am from June 8 through August 10, 2010. Movie tickets are only $1! And you can buy a drink and popcorn for only $1 each, too! Below is the line-up:
- June 8 – Night at the Museum
- June 15 – Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian
- June 22 – Aliens in the Attic
- June 29 – Ice Age
- July 6 – Ice Age: The Meltdown
- July 13 – Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs
- July 20 – Mr. Magorium’s Wonder Emporium
- July 27 – Alvin and the Chimpmunks
- August 3 – Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel
- August 10 – Tooth Fairy
If you’re in the Chattanooga, TN area, you’ll want to take advantage of these cheap movies at The Majestic 12 downtown across from The Creative Discovery Museum. Enjoy free parking for the day in the Carta Garage. The Majestic will validate your parking in the Carta Garage above the old Bijioux Theatre. Use the parking entrance on 3rd St between Broad and Chestnut. Ticket must be validated at The Majestic 12 only. I believe the Wynnsong 10 on Gunbarrell Rd is also doing this. You can visit Carmike Cinema’s website here to search for a location near you.
