Friday, Nov. 20

• Shane’s Rib Shack in Cleveland (near Target) is celebrating it’s 1-year anniversary with a Family Fun Day from 11 am – 9 pm! • YMCA 2009 Christmas Gift Market is Nov. 19 and 20 from 10 am – 8 pm and Nov. 21 from 10 am – 5 pm at the Chattanooga Convention Center in downtown Chattanooga. Admission is $5 for adults for single day admission. Kids under 12 are free. Proceeds fund programs for children and teens at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chattanooga.
• Santa arrives in a horse-drawn sled at Bradley Square Mall outside Mall Entrance 4 at 6:00 pm, along with Mrs. Clause, Frosty the Snowman, and Rudolph. Enjoy free carriage rides after his arrival outside the JC Penney parcel pick-up area. More info here.

Sunday, Nov. 22

• The Chattanooga Market is open every Sunday from 11-4 with free admission through 12/7/09. They have local produce, crafters, vendors, musical entertainment, and a different theme each week. Visit chattanoogamarket.com for more info.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, December 5 for the FunandFrugal.com Christmas Vendor Showcase! Come do some Christmas shopping from local vendors and register for lots of door prizes, including tickets to Rock City’s Enchanted Garden of Lights and Vaudeville Cafe Murder Mystery Dinner Shows!  The Christmas Vendor Showcase will be at Ocoee Middle School’s Gymatorium (the new beige concrete building at the corner of N. Ocoee and David Lewis Lane in Cleveland).
