Rock City’s Enchanted Garden of Lights Rock City’s 15th annual award winning holiday light extravaganza! Nov. 20, 2009 – Jan. 2, 2010 (6-9pm) For the holiday season, Rock City’s Enchanted Garden of Lights is a cool new tradition featuring the North Pole Adventure. This year marks the 15th Annual Enchanted Garden of Lights, nightly from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., except for Christmas Eve night. This award-winning, light extravaganza features more than 30 holiday scenes and over a million lights (with new LED’s) that transform the gardens’ natural daytime splendor into a nocturnal fantasyland. See snow and visit with St. Nick and his elves. Enjoy gingerbread cookie decorating, hot cocoa, Sugar Plum Fairy Makeovers and nightly entertainment in the enclosed pavilion! See elves harvesting candy canes and building toys! Starbucks is also onsite! A portion of ticket sales go to the Ronald McDonald House (RMH) Charities. Rock City has given $92,000 to RMH so far from proceeds from this holiday event, and the goal this year is to surpass the $100,000 mark! The Enchanted Garden of Lights is listed as a Top 20 Event by Southeast Tourism Society and a Top 100 Event by ABA nationally. Group rates available. Hi, Tara. I got my Mint magazine in the mail yesterday in Cleveland to zip 37312. I checked mintmagazine.com, but it looks like they still have the October issue up. Keep trying their website to see if they post the November issue soon.
