Saturday, Oct. 17

  • Visit The River Maze in Benton, TN! Saturday hours are 11 am- 9 pm. Tickets are $7 for kids 4-12 and $9 for adults. This price includes all mazes, hayride, farm animals, barnyard croquet, one free cow train ride and one free shot on the corn cannon. Extra cost for Pumpkins and Face Painting.   • Cleveland Apple Festival 10 am-6pm in downtown Cleveland. Adults $4, kids $3, 2 and under free.
  • A Better Healthier You Expo at Bradley Square Mall 11 am – 3 pm. Click here for more info.
  • Spring City Annual Car Show
  • Chilhowee Mountain Harvest Festival at the Show Barn in Benton, TN: a special craft fair with regional food and music. It is held the 3rd full weekend in October, rain or shine. The performances are indoors. Concessions of healthful, tasty, and unique food are available.
  • Ketner’s Mill Country Arts Fair in Marion County 9 am – 6 pm
  • City of East Ridge Fall Festival at Camp Jordan Arena 10 am – 10 pm (Thanks, Tara) Canceled due to recent flooding. (Thanks, Georgann)
  • Mercy Stable on Ooltewah-Ringgold Rd. in Ringgold is having a Fall Festival from 1-4 p.m. It is free to enter the festival. There will be hayrides out to the pumpkin patch, games, food, vendors and a horseshoeing demonstration. Some activities are completely free and other activities have a minimal charge. Sunday, Oct. 18

  • The Chattanooga Market is open every Sunday from 11-4 with free admission through 12/7/09. They have local produce, crafters, vendors, musical entertainment, and a different theme each week. Visit chattanoogamarket.com for more info.
