Fun and Frugal

A little birdie told me Bird’s Eye frozen veggies may be on sale at Bi-Lo Wed. Sept. 29 – Tues. Oct. 6.  Print the $.50/1 Bird’s Eye Steamfresh frozen veggie coupon and it should be free after the double.  (And it does NOT say “Do not double” so the Cleveland area Bi-Lo’s will double it.)

And don’t forget the last day of the month to print any Coupons.com coupons you think you might want because when  a new month starts many coupons either get pulled from the list or get re-set so you can print them again.  You can print two of each coupon per computer.  Here is a rundown of my personal favorites available to print until Sept. 30 (not sure if they will be available in October or not.)  Remember K-Mart is doubling coupons up to $2 at particpating stores this week through Sat. • $1/1 Special K Protein Shakes 4 ct or larger
• $1/2 Special K bars 6 ct or larger
• $1/1 Special K crackers
• NOTE: K-Mart is running a promo this week when you buy 5 Special K products, you get an instant $5 off when you check out.  Participating K-Marts are also doubling coupons up to $2 this week through Sat. Oct. 4, so you would essentially save $3 off each Special K Protein Shakes, bars, or crackers when you get the $5/5 instant savings and a $1 coupon doubled to $2 for each item.  Click here to see how I got five free boxes of Special K cereal this week at the Cleveland K-Mart.  Looks like the $1/1 Special K Blueberry coupon has reached the cap and been pulled.
• $2/1 off Claritin and $2/1 off Children’s Claritin (doubles to $4 at participating K-Marts this week!)
• $1/1 Snuggle fabric softener or dryer sheets
• $1/1 Freschetta Pizza (often goes on sale)

• $1/1 Ocean Spray Craisins at Rite Aid (some stores will accept this as a competitor coupon)
• $1/2 Ronzoni Healthy Harvest pasta
• $1/1 Yoplait Delights (These come in a 4-pack and are so yummy!)
• $1/1 Yoplait Fiber One yogurt multipak
• $1/1 Yoplait YoPlus or YoPlus Light 4-pack
• $5/$20 My Little Pony purchase (might make a nice bday or Christmas gift for a little girl)
