This is a big help since you can use Target coupons at Target, Publix, and certain Bi-Lo’s in the Cleveland/Chattanooga area that accept competitor coupons. Check them out. Another great frugal resource is Vocal Point. I’ve mentioned it before, but it bears repeating. It’s a great program that sends you free samples and coupons.
