Fun and Frugal welcomes new sponsor: Healthy Woman – a free community program from SkyRidge Medical Center.  Healthy Woman is open to women ages 19 and up and offers monthly events, most of which are free.  Become a Healthy Woman member for free today by clicking here and they will send you post cards in the mail about their upcoming monthly events.  You’ll also want to check out their Health E-Cooking link here.

Here is the list of upcoming Healthy Woman events:

• Thursday, July 9  6:00 pm social (light refreshments) then 6:30 pm “Couponing 101″ by Time 2 $ave at Lee University School of Religion Building at the corner of Parker and 8th Streets (follow the signs).  RSVP required by Monday, July 6 by going here and then clicking on “Register” below the blue box.  If you have not joined Healthy Woman or created an account yet, it will prompt you to do so.  You can also RSVP by calling SkyRidge Medical Center at 559-6229.  Cost is free.
• Thursday, August 6 6:00 pm Social (light refreshments) then 6:30 pm “Desperate Housewives Quick Repairs” by Ace Hardware at First Baptist Church Cleveland – Fellowship Hall.  RSVP here by Aug. 2.  Cost is free.
• Thursday, Sept. 3 Women’s Expo 4-6 pm then dinner & guest speaker, Leanne Morgan of the Southern Fried Chicks at 6:30 at St. Therese Catholic Church, 900 Clingan Ridge Dr. Cleveland.  Tickets are $15/ea. You must purchase a ticket to attend the dinner. They are available at the Cleveland-Bradley County Chamber of Commerce, the Red Ribbon, Wealth Management Group, and upcoming meetings.  The Expo is open to the public.
