My boys at the 2008 First Baptist egg hunt.

I’ve updated my Easter Egg Hunts post from Monday night to include two more egg hunts for North Cleveland Church of God and Clingan Ridge Baptist.  Click here for details because they are held at locations other than their churches.  There are five egg hunts on the list.  Take the kids to whichever one(s) fit your schedule!  We’ll probably hit two or three of them!

If you are able, I encourage you to attend the 1st Annual Egg Benefit at the home of photographer, Carrie Workman and bring a monetary donation of any amount for the Relay for Life and Sherry Miller, a local, young mother with breast cancer.  In addition to egg hunts, there will be a bake sale and lemonade stand to support these great causes!  Also, you may find a prize egg for a free portrait session!  More details are on the Easter Egg Hunts post.

If you know of another egg hunt not posted, please leave a comment below the Egg Hunt post by clicking here and scrolling down to the bottom of the post to the comment section.  Thanks!

Happy Easter and remember to reflect on the significance of our Risen Savior amidst all the egg hunts and bunnies and candy.  :-)   If you don’t have a home church, I encourage you to visit my church, First Baptist Cleveland, or any church this Sunday.  I think Cleveland still hold the record for having the most churches per capita than any other city in the world.  (For those of you outside of Cleveland, we have over 200 churches and have a population around 50,000.)

Tip: there will be NO coupon inserts in this Sunday’s paper.  Saw it on Southern Savers here.

Tip: I corrected the date on the Smoke on the Mountain post from yesterday.  I said it was Sat. Apr. 24, but it is actually Friday, April 24.  Thanks, Jennifer, for the email!  Buy a $10 ticket, enjoy a great show, and support a great cause!  Click here for more info.
