Le Gourmet Treasure is a quaint little gift shop located at 60 25th Street in Cleveland, Tn across from First Tennessee Bank. The owners, Marcus and Bobbie Abernethy are Youth Camp/Revival Speakers through the spring and summer months and wanted a business to run when they were home during the fall and winter months. Bobbie has worked in a gourmet store before and has lots of “favorite things” as well as a passion for decorating and making gift baskets in trunks and hat boxes. She never makes the same basket twice! So in February of 2008 they opened their very own place! They carry all kinds of yummy treats like Rothschild Farms Sauces, Big Train Chai Tea, as well as Wind and Willow Soups & Dips!
When Marcus and Bobbie are traveling they are blessed to have Michele Adsit, owner of Scents by Michele Aromatherapy Boutique, run the shop for them. She custom blends everything from Fragrance Oils to Sugar Body Scrubs to Candles! Michele and Bobbie have joined forces to give Cleveland the “Ultimate Shopping Experience”.

I just have to let you know how pleased I was with my recent trip to Le Gourmet Treasure gift shop! I saved over $60 with the 40% discount given to http://www.funandfrugal.com readers!
My mother is a diabetic and they custom made a very nice basket for her that included sugar free chai, devotional book, mineral water, cooking oil, etc and made it so nice and pretty on a serving tray. I already gave it to her and she absolutely loves it!
She was so inspired and impressed with my shopping trip – that she too went there and bought me a basket I had been looking at for myself!
It’s nice to support a local business, but this is one I will be sure to go back to. VERY nicely done!
