Mark your calendars for the Christmas Vendor Showcase event to be held at First Baptist Church Cleveland’s dining hall on Sat. Nov. 15 from 10 am – 2 pm.  There will be lots of vendors with door prizes and Christmas gifts for sale.  Come support local home-based business owners and get your Christmas shopping started if you haven’t already.

Dear First Baptist Vendor Showcase Applicant,

First Baptist Church’s Moms Nurturing Moms will be hosting its 2nd annual Vendor Showcase.  The Showcase will be held in First Baptist Church’s dining hall on Saturday, November 15th.  The Vendor Showcase will be open from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.  We will open the Dining Hall at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday for vendors to set up booths/tables.  Booth must be set up by 9:30am.

Our Vendor Showcase is limited to home based businesses.  We will also be limiting this showcase to one vendor per company.  However, we are not opposed to representatives from the same company to work together at one booth/table.  We encourage representatives to do this so everyone can benefit from this opportunity.  We have moved this event to a Saturday hoping you will experience more traffic at your booth/tables.  Once again we will be advertising this Vendor Showcase within our church and in the community- fliers, emails, posters and ads in the Cleveland Daily Banner.

We welcome your participation in this Showcase.  We are allowing First Baptist Church members to sign up through November 2nd.  Beginning November 3rd we will accept applications from vendors in our community.  Applications will not be accepted after November 12th.  Please remember your fee must accompany your application.  We are also requesting each booth/table donate a door prize (minimum value $25).  Door prizes will be given throughout the day.  The $10 per table fee will help offset the cost of hosting this event.
