Congratulations, Heather Leonard, on winning Week 4’s Week 3’s set of 4 Disney on Ice Tickets!  These are for the show coming to the UTC Arena Oct. 22-26.  I’ve sent Heather an email to get more info so I can mail her the tickets.  I used a custom number generator to randomly select a winner from the 156 entries.
