Fun and Frugal

Thanks, Money Saving Mom for telling us that K-Mart is doubling coupons from Oct 1-5 nation-wide!  There are some exclusions and details which need to be noted: Coupons up to and including $2 will be doubled. No overage will be given. Only 4 of the same coupon may be used per transaction. Limit of 75 coupons per customer per day. No printable coupons will be accepted.

I have received confirmation that the Cleveland K-Mart is indeed participating, so dig through your coupons for some coupons close to $2 and get some free and cheap stuff.  Be sure to check the comments on Money Saving Mom’s post for deal ideas from other readers.

Also, be sure to check out my pink/gray coupon bar on the right side of FunandFrugal.com frequently because new coupons are changed out periodically.  You can also click here to view the current coupons available to print.  There are close to 100 coupons you can scroll through and print.  (Remember K-Mart won’t double internet-printable coupons, but they’re still good values without being doubled.)  Some of my current favorites include:

$1.00 off Yo Plus Yogurt 4-pack from Yoplait

$1.00 off 2 Yoplait Kids cup yogurt or yogurt drink

$1.00 off Quilted Northern 6 double-roll pack or larger

$1.00 off Green Giant Valley Fresh steamers frozen vegetables

$2.00 off any Airborne Formula

Lastly, don’t forget that Bi-Lo doubles coupons up to and including $.60 every day.  (So if you have a coupon for $.60, Bi-Lo will take $1.20 off.)  There are lots of coupons for $.60 and under here that would get doubled at Bi-Lo.  It’s always a good idea to look at the Bi-Lo weekly sales paper and try to look for items on sale that you have a coupon for that could be doubled.  If you run across a great deal at Bi-Lo (or anywhere for that matter), send me an email at fun [dot] frugal [at] gmail [dot] com!  If I post your tip, I’ll be sure to give the credit to you.
