From now through Sept. 15, you can register to win a free family fitness makeover from the YMCA sponsored by News Channel 9, US101, and WCLE Mix 104.1. Just complete the application and return to any YMCA in the Chattanooga Metropolitan area (including Cleveland.) One hundred families will be selected by a panel of judges and will win a two-week fitness makeover, which includes: a goal-setting session, fitness training, persona nutrition counseling, family activities, and a plan for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The one hundred families will also be entered in a random drawing for a YMCA one year family membership.
