If you’re pregnant or have a baby, I encourage you to sign up for the following baby clubs – a great way to get coupons and free samples! If you’re not in those categories, you could still sign up for some items below and donate your coupons and samples to a crisis pregnancy center, which provides baby items to moms who need them.
Start Healthy Stay Healthy Resource Center from Gerber and Nestle Good Start send you lots of great coupons. Also, they offer a 24-hour Parent Resource Center hotline staffed by infant care professionals at 1-800-4-GERBER. I called once during the middle of the night to ask a breastfeeding question with my first born.
Sign up for a free 6-month subscription to American Baby Magazine and a free 1-yr subscription to BabyTalk Magazine.
Beech Nut’s E-Newsletter emails you coupons. You can also save your Beech Nut labels and mail them in for extra coupons. Get four $1.00 off 10 coupons for every 48 labels you send in. I have done this with both my boys and was always excited to get coupons in the mail! Also, you can save labels for Beech Nut Let’s Grow products and when you mail in 16 proofs of purchase, they will send you two $1/4 coupons for Let’s Grow products.
Earth’s Best babyfood has coupons on their website you can get by completing a form. Save your Earth’s Best UPC’s and mail them in along with $1.95 S/H for a free cereal bowl (10 UPC’s); Guess How Much I Love You book (12 UPC’s); or Body Care Travel Kit ($15 in Earth’s Best purchases).
Enfamil Family Beginnings program sends you free formula samples and up to $60 in formula checks along with other goodies. Also, you can click here to print a certificate to take to your pediatrician for a free Enfamil Lipil breastfeeding support kit and click here for a certificate for a free sample of Enfamil A.R. formula (designed for babies who spit up frequently.)
Similac’s Strong Mom group will send you special offers and savings. They used to mail samples – not sure if they still do.
Sam’s Club Member’s Mark Formula will send you a free sample if you request it on their website.
Wal-Mart’s Parents Choice will send you a free sample of Parents Choice Gentle Baby Formula if you request it on their website.
Huggies Happy Healthy Pregnancy club sends you a weekly e-newsletter for each stage of your pregnancy, Huggies samples & coupons, and a pregnancy calendar.
Huggies Happy Baby club sends you e-newsletters customized to your baby’s age, Huggies samples & coupons, and Play It Up activity book.
Sign up for the Pull-Ups.com monthly e-newsletter (enter your name, email, and child’s birth date on top-right) and you will be able to print Pull-Ups coupons once a month. Generally, the coupons are for $2.00/1 package of Pull-Ups, which I try to hold on to and use when K-Mart doubles coupons up to $2.00. Also, you can request a free potty training success DVD. When I ordered mine a while back, it included coupons for Pull-Ups and Yoplait Yogurt. Not sure if those coupons are still included.
Huggies Enjoy the Ride rewards program lets you earn points when you purchase Huggies products and redeem them for prizes. They also have sweepstakes you can enter, such as win diapers for a year. (Thanks for the tip, Freebies4Mom!)
Pampers.com sends you Parent Pages e-newsletter, free Pampers samples & coupons, and optional coupons & offers from other P&G brands. They also have a Gifts to Grow program where you can earn points for every Pampers purchase and then redeem the points for gifts in their catalog.
Luvs will mail you a $1.00 coupon when you register for the Luvs Network. You may also get some free samples and coupons by mail occasionally.
Babies R Us has a place at the top of their site where you can get on their email list to be notified of special promotions. I prefer the booklets they send by snail mail because they usually have some good coupons. They often have coupons for $5 off any Huggies or Pampers value box, which you can stack with a manufacturer coupon! They also have the best deal on store brand diapers whenever they have their Just for Baby (store brand) value box of diapers on sale 2 for $30! The only way I know to get on their mailing list is to either register for baby gifts there or ask a store employee how to get on their mailing list. Join their Rewards R Us program and you will earn $5 in Rewards dollars for every $150 you spend. Plus they have promotions where when you buy 9 cases of formula or 9 value-sized boxes of diapers, you get your 10th one free! Click here for the rules of the Rewards R Us program. Also sign your child up for Geoffrey’s Birthday Club, and they will mail you a birthday card and gift card for your child’s birthday. My four year old recently got a $3 gift card valid on any purchase of $3 or more in the mail for his birthday. Also, BabyCheapskate.com keeps us informed of when a new printable coupon is available for Babies R Us or Toys R Us, like $5 off a $25 purchase.
Johnson’s Baby.com gives you free baby care guides & special offers from Johnson & Johnson. They also have great coupons for Johnson’s products. I think you can print each coupon twice by hitting the back/refresh button after the first print.
Yo Baby Yogurt (whole milk organic yogurt for babies) has coupons on their *adorable* site. They also have a promotions page, where in the past they have offered free items such as a Yo Baby sippy cup or Eric Carle growth chart when you mail in so many UPC’s and a shipping & handling fee.
Join Juicy Juice’s Growing Up Healthy program (enter your email in the very top-right) and they will email you tips, expert advice, and money-saving offers. Also, check out their Special Offers page. They used to offer a free sippy-cup to new members, but looks like now it is a refillable bottle, and you’ll also find some coupons there.
Ringling Brothers Circus will mail you a voucher for a free circus ticket for your child that never expires, as long as you request it before their first birthday.
Food Lion Baby Steps has excellent coupons you can print from their website. You can only print them once, so print as many copies as you want the first time you print. Note: I cannot view them in my Fire Fox browser, but can in my Internet Explorer browser. My three favorite coupons are the $1.50 off any Food Lion baby wipes (the 40-count Food Lion travel wipes are $1.62, which becomes $.12 after the $1.50 coupon); the $1.00/3 Gerber baby food items coupon, which you can stack with Gerber manufacturer coupons; and the $1.00/6 Beech Nut baby food item coupons, which you can stack with Beech Nut manufacturer coupons. The Food Lion Baby Steps coupons expire every 3 months and the website is updated with new coupons after they expire. Click on “Get Baby Coupons” at the bottom right-corner. Another place you can print Food Lion coupons is at Southern Savers.
Publix Baby Club (for residents of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama or Tennessee with a baby under 24 months) mails you great coupons – many for free items with no purchase required. Free items my sister and I have gotten before include: Publix brand cocoa butter, rubbing alcohol, Beech Nut cereal, Gerber pacifier, and many buy one get one free coupons for things like Publix brand baby wipes, disinfectant wipes, and more. After your child turns two, sign them up for the Publix Preschool Pals.
Save-a-Lot grocery stores have a baby club called Being Well Baby and they send you coupons in the mail.
Residents of Tennessee – Click here to read how you can sign up for free books for children ages birth through 5.
That’s all the baby freebies I can think of at the moment. If you know of one I’ve missed, please leave a comment.

I’ve been searching on the search engines for sites like these. So glad I found it because it’s really informative. Do you have an rss feed so I don’t have to keep logging in?

Hi, K. Yes, I do have an RSS feed. Just go to funandfrugal.com and click on Subscribe to Our Feed in the top right corner.
